An US woman, Caryn Weber, is claiming that her 3 year old Landseer Newfoundland, Boomer, is the tallest dog in the world.
Boomer is 3ft (92cm) tall at the shoulders but measures 7ft (213cm( from nose to tail. This huge dog eats 20lb (9.7kg) dog food in two weeks and he drinks water from the kitchen sink without lifting his paws from the floor.
